The kitchen is producing some savory foods, and rumor has it that the Michelin Guide will soon come to rate it. We hope to get a star and possibly two with the help of "Buddha", our man with many years of experience. The local market is about 100 paces from the resort and the food is as fresh as it gets. Some SkateFarmers who have already signed up have expressed an interest in learning the magic combinations of ingredients that make Thai food so tasty and nutritious. Always prepared to your taste!

Even if the Michelin people don't turn up I'm sure we will give Buddah and his kitchen a few stars. At least there are four "stars" coming from Australia soon.

We've just had the season's first blizzard here in Boston. Not to worry, the Ellison building where I work at Mass General Hospital is 24 floors from basement to top level. Yum. The more circuits I do this week, the more I'll skate the national parks of Thailand the next.
